· Tennis bracelets, tennis necklaces and diamond bangles are covered by a 2-year manufacturing warranty, commencing from the original date of purchase.

· To utilise this warranty, you must be the original purchaser of the jewellery item.

· This manufacturing warranty covers faults arising from workmanship or manufacturing defects only. It does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by use, accident, or external factors.

· Exclusions (Applicable to Rings, Earrings, Pendants and bracelets excl. tennis jewellery)

· The following are not covered under warranty (this list is not exhaustive):

· Any damage, impact, or trauma caused to the jewellery.

· Discolouration or damage caused by chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, swimming pools, hot tubs, bathing, or exposure to harsh environments.

· Damage to prongs due to impact or external force.

· General wear over time. Gold is a soft metal by nature and may require maintenance or rebuilding with prolonged wear.

· Worn, bent, or weakened prongs, including situations where this results in a stone becoming loose or falling out.

· Loss of stones due to wear, impact, or insufficient maintenance.

· Any resizing, repair, alteration, or other work carried out by a jeweller other than Novita Diamonds. In such cases, the warranty becomes null and void, as we cannot guarantee the workmanship or assess potential damage caused by third-party jewellers.
