In-Showroom Resizing (Recommended):
Schedule an appointment at one of our showrooms to have your ring size accurately measured. Our master jewellers typically take 7 to 10 business days to resize your ring.
Mail-In Resizing Option:
If visiting a showroom is not convenient, you can arrange to send your ring back to us. Please ensure you provide the accurate new ring size, as we offer only one complimentary resizing per purchase.
PLEASE NOTE: If the ring needs resizing more than 3 sizes +/-, it may incur an extra cost or the setting may need to be replaced altogether.
If your ring has an engraving, the resize will remove the engraving and it will need to be redone. A new engraving fee will be invoiced to you.

Due to the design and fabrication of certain rings, some pieces can not be resized. This issue is more common with men's wedding bands which have bevelled edges, multiple parts or combinations of different coloured metals. Men's and ladies rings that have diamonds in them could also be problematic for resizing or limited to a certain number of sizes. Titanium and Black zirconium rings can also not be resized. Please check with our staff prior to placing your order to see if the ring you would like to purchase is possible to resize.
Prior to purchasing such a piece we would strongly recommend visiting one of our showrooms to try the design on first, while guided by our professional and friendly staff.
Important Details:
The cost of sending the ring to us is your responsibility. Use registered post, include a tracking number, and pack the ring securely to prevent damage in transit.
Novita will cover the cost of returning the resized ring to you via courier.
For Singaporean customers, we recommend using registered post with full insurance, signature on delivery, and proper packaging. Damages caused by inadequate packaging are not covered by Novita.
We will notify you once your ring is received and provide an estimated timeframe for the resizing process.
International Customers:
If you are in a country without a Novita showroom, you may send your ring to us at your expense. We will resize it for free and return it via FedEx at our cost. Alternatively, if you prefer to have the ring resized locally, please contact us to arrange a credit toward the resizing cost.
